All the students from class VIth to XIIth and teachers are hereby informed that the English club of your school is organising a debate in ?Social media: A Boon or Bane? on 30th May 20xx at the school cultural Hall. The timings for the same will be 10 am to 12 pm. Those students who wish to participate can give their names by 20th May 20xx. I request all the other students and respected teachers to be present at the venue on the day to witness this grand function.
