    Directions: In each of the following questions, read the given statement and compare the given two quantities on its basis. 8 boys and 12 girls complete a certain piece of work in 32 days, if each boy takes half the time taken by a girl to finish the work.
    Quantity I. How many days will 16 boys and 32 girls take to finish the same work?
    Quantity II. How many days will 20 boys and 14 girls take to finish the same work?

    E) No relation between Quantity I and Quantity II      

    Correct Answer: B

    Solution :

    Quantity I. 16 boys + 32 girls = 16 b + 16 b = 32 boys     Quantity II. 20 boys + 14 girls = 20 boys + 7 boys = 27 boys Clearly 32 boys will take fewer days to complete the work than 27 boys. Hence Quantity I < Quantity 11
