Directions: Each question consists of five statements followed by five conclusions. Consider the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts. Read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusions definitely docs not logically follow from the given statements using all statements together and mark that conclusion as your answer.
Statements:     Some cars are buses. Some buses are trucks. No truck is a train. All aeroplanes are trains. Some trains are kites. Conclusions:

    A)  All kites can never be trucks.

    B)                     Some trains not being aeroplanes is a possibility.

    C)  Some aeroplanes are trucks.

    D)  All cars can be trucks.

    E)  Some aeroplanes are trains.

    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

No truck is a train (E) \[\to \]conversion \[\to \] No train is a truck (E). Now, All aeroplanes are trains (A) + No train is a truck (E) = A + E = E = No aeroplane is a truck (E). Hence conclusion 3) does not follow. But conclusion 2) and 5) follow. From statement (third + fifth) conclusion I also follows. Again, from (first + second statement conclusion 4) also follows.
