    All the companies produce Washing machines, Mobile phones, AC and LED only.
    Total production of electronic items = 24 lakh
    The pie-chart given below shows the percentage break-up of production of washing machines during 2016
    Total washing machines produced = 4.5 lakh
     

    If during 2015, Videocon produced 15% more washing machines than in 2016 and also overall production in 2015 was 10 per cent less in comparison to 2016, then what is the total number of mobile phones produced by Videocon during 2015? The no. of ACs produced is twice that of LEDs and the number of mobile phones produced is 50% more than that of LEDs during 2015.

    Production of washing machines by Videocon in \[2015=432000\times \frac{90}{100}=388800\] Remaining electronic items \[=388800-62100-326700\] Let LEDs produced be x. Then, ACs = 2x and mobile phones = 1.5x So, x + 2x + 1.5x= 326700 \[\therefore \] x = 72600 Mobile phones produced = 1.5 \[\times \]72600 = 108900
