    Voters who east their vote from City \[Q=8400\times \frac{2}{3}\] Female voters from City \[=\frac{8400\times 8}{3}\times 1\] \[\therefore \] Reqd ratio\[=\frac{8400\times 11\times 2}{3}\frac{8400\times 8\times 1}{3}\] =11:4 Method II: Reqd ratio \[=\frac{11\times \frac{2}{3}}{8\times \frac{1}{3}}=\frac{22}{8}=11:4\]
