I. 4x + 3y = \[\sqrt{729}\] or, 4x + 3y = 27 ...(i) II.6x-5y=24 ...(ii) Solving eqn (i) \[\times \] 5 + (ii) \[\times \] 3, we get 20x+18x-135+72 or, 38x = 207 or, \[x=\frac{207}{38}=5.44\] Putting the value of x in equation (i), we get y= 1.74 Hence, x > y
