    For the charging of the capacitor we know that             \[q={{q}_{0}}\,(1-{{e}^{{}^{-t}/{}_{Rc}}})\]             \[q/C=({{q}_{0}}/C)\,(1-{{e}^{-t/RC}})\]           \[V={{V}_{0}}\,(1-{{e}^{-t/RC}})\,\] hence \[0.75\,=1.5\,(1-e\,-t/1)\] and hence \[t={{\log }_{e}}2\]
