    Milk: Water in first glass \[=\frac{1}{3}:\frac{2}{3}\] and        Milk : Water in second glass \[=\frac{1}{4}:\frac{3}{4}\] LCM of denominators 3 and 4=12 Ratio milk and water in first glass =4 : 8 and ratio milk and water in second glass = 3 : 9 Milk in the vessel =4 + 3 = 7 Water in the vessel = 8 + 9 = 17 Ratio of milk and water in the vessel =7 : 17
