    Solution :

    Number of children = 2x, 3x and 5x Then, \[(2x+10):\,\,(3x+10):(5x+10)=4:5:7\] \[\therefore \]      \[5\,\,(2x+10)=4\,\,(3x+10)\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[x=5\] Hence, total number of the children before increase \[=10x=10\times 5=50\]
