    Solution :

    If x% of 6000 = 1000, then \[\frac{x}{100}\times 6000=1000\]                    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=\frac{100}{6}=16.6%\] Therefore, items for which expenditure is more than 16.6% are Savings and House Rent
