    6 men = 12 women \[\therefore \]1 men = 2 women Now, 8 men + 16 women \[=(8\times 2+16)\] women = 32 women \[\because \]12 women can do a work in 20 days. \[\therefore \]1 woman can do the work in \[20\times 12\]days. \[\therefore \]32 women can do the twice work in \[=\frac{20\times 12\times 12}{32}\] = 15 days
