    Solution :

    Let the value of estate be = Rs. x According to the question, \[\frac{4}{5}\]of x = 16800 \[\therefore \]      \[x=\frac{16800\times 5}{4}\]= Rs. 21000 \[\therefore \]\[\frac{3}{7}\]of the value \[=21000\times \frac{3}{7}=3000\times 3\] = Rs. 9000
