    [a] The Peshawar Conspiracy Case refers to a set of five cases which took place between 1922 to 1927 in the British India. The people who were tried in these cases had sneaked into British India from Russia to start a revolution. Peshawar Conspiracy case is related to the Muslims taking interest in the Communist revolution of Russia. Many Muslims from Peshawar went to Moscow and started getting training related to Military and Communist regimes. When they returned to create disturbances, the Government caught them on the way and trialed them. Many of them were sentenced -to long imprisonment.
