    Wavelength received by A and B are respectively\[{{\lambda }_{A}}=(v-{{v}_{s}})T=(10\mu -\mu /2)T=9.5uT\]and \[{{\lambda }_{B}}=(v+{{v}_{s}})T=(10\mu +\mu /2)T=10.5uT\]where. T is the time period of waves. \[\therefore \]\[\frac{{{\lambda }_{A}}}{{{\lambda }_{B}}}=\frac{9.5uT}{10.5uT}=\frac{19}{21}\] Hence, the correction option is (a).
