    Solution :

     \[\left( \frac{A}{\rho {{l}_{1}}}+\frac{A}{\rho {{l}_{2}}} \right)=\frac{3}{8}\]                           (i) \[\frac{\rho ({{l}_{2}}+{{l}_{2}})}{A}=12\]                                          (ii) Solving \[\frac{{{l}_{1}}}{{{l}_{2}}}=\frac{1}{2}\]
