    Let charge in capacitor is q then apply KVL from A to B \[{{V}_{A}}-\frac{q}{2}-8-\frac{q}{3}+15-\frac{q}{4}={{V}_{B}}\] \[19-8+15+\frac{(-6q-4q-3q)}{12}=0\] \[26=\frac{13q}{12}\] \[q=24\mu C\] \[{{V}_{3}}=\frac{q}{3}=\frac{24}{3}=8V\]
