    Solution :

    \[{{n}_{C}}=2{{n}_{0}}\] \[\frac{V}{4{{\ell }_{C}}}=2\frac{V}{2\ell }\] \[{{\ell }_{C}}=\frac{\ell }{4}=\frac{60}{4}=15\,cm\]
