    As \[L=I\omega =\] constant. Therefore, \[{{I}_{2}}{{\omega }_{2}}={{I}_{1}}{{\omega }_{1}}\]  or  \[{{\omega }_{2}}=\frac{{{I}_{1}}{{\omega }_{1}}}{{{I}_{2}}}\] \[=\frac{M{{K}^{2}}\omega }{(M+2m){{K}^{2}}}=\frac{M\omega }{M+2m}\]
