    Solution :

    The percentage of volume of ice-cube outside the water is given by \[=\frac{\Delta V}{V}\times 100\] \[=\frac{{{P}_{water}}-{{P}_{ice}}}{{{P}_{water}}}\times 100\] Here,          \[{{P}_{water}}=1000kg/{{m}^{3}}\]                         \[{{P}_{ice}}=900kg/{{m}^{3}}\] \[\therefore \] % in volume \[=\frac{1000-900}{1000}\times 100=10%\]
