    \[u=\sqrt{\frac{3RT}{M}}\] For the same gas at two different temperatures,             \[\frac{{{u}_{1}}}{{{u}_{2}}}=\sqrt{\frac{{{T}_{1}}}{{{T}_{2}}}}\]                 \[\frac{0.3}{{{u}_{2}}}=\sqrt{\frac{300}{1200}}=\frac{1}{2}\]                 \[{{u}_{2}}=0.6m{{s}^{-1}}\]
