    Solution :

    If CAT = 246 \[\Rightarrow \] ACT = 426 and AT = 46 Now 426 is not divisible by 46. So (1) is wrong. If CAT =615\[\Rightarrow \] ACT = 165 and AT= 15 so \[165\div 15=\]II (True).             Similarly \[264\text{ }\div \text{ }24\text{ }=\text{ }11\]and \[385\div 35=11.\]Hence  is not true.
