    4 ? \[1-\frac{5}{8}=\frac{3}{8}\]
    \[{{M}_{1}}{{D}_{1}}.{{W}_{2}}={{M}_{2}}{{D}_{2}}{{W}_{1}}\] \[20\times 12\times \frac{3}{8}={{M}_{2}}\times 4\times \frac{5}{8}\Rightarrow {{M}_{2}}=\frac{20\times 12\times 3\times 8}{4\times 5\times 8}=36\]    Hence, \[36-20=16\]more men needed to complete the remaining work in 4 days.
