    Let the average of batsman after 11th innings = A \[\frac{\begin{align}   & Total\text{ }score\text{ }made\text{ }by\text{ }batsman\text{ }at\text{ } \\  & the\text{ }end\,of\text{ }11th\text{ }innings~~~~ \\ \end{align}}{11}=A\] \[\therefore \] Total score after 11th innings = 11 A Now, \[\frac{\begin{align}   & Total\text{ }score\text{ }after\text{ }11th\text{ }innings \\  & +\text{ }score\text{ }made\text{ }in\text{ }12th\text{ }innings \\ \end{align}}{12}=A+2\]   \[\Rightarrow \] \[11A+63=(A+2)\times 12\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[11A-12A=24-63\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[A=39\] 12th innings average \[=39+2=41\]
