     Let the third number be \[x\]. Then, first Number \[=130%\]of \[x=\frac{130x}{100}=\frac{13x}{10};\] Second number \[=150%\]of \[x=\frac{150x}{100}=\frac{3x}{5};\] Ratio of first two numbers \[\frac{13x}{10}=\frac{3x}{2};=26x:30x=13:15.\]
