    LCM of 30, 45 and 27 = 270 Let capacity of tank = 270 units Pipe A can fill \[\frac{270}{30}=9\]units/min Pipe B can fill \[\frac{270}{45}=6\] units/min Pipe C can empty \[\frac{270}{27}=10\] units/min Now, Pipe (A + B) can fill in 12 minutes \[=(9+6)\times 12=15\times 12=180\]units \[\therefore \]Remaining units = 270 - 180 = 90 Now, 90 units filled by (A + B - C) in\[\frac{90}{(9+6-10)}=\frac{90}{5}=18\]minutes \[\therefore \]Total time = 12 + 18 = 30 minutes
