     Let the number be x. \[\Rightarrow \frac{x\times 18}{100}=59.04\] \[\Rightarrow x=\frac{59.04\times 100}{18}=328\] \[\therefore \,\,25%\,\,\,of\,\,328=328\times \frac{1}{4}=82\]
