     Effective change in area \[=\left( x+y+\frac{xy}{100} \right)%\] \[\Rightarrow \,\,50=20+y+\frac{20\times y}{100}\]             \[\Rightarrow \,\,50-20=y+\frac{y}{5}\]             \[\Rightarrow \,\,30=\frac{6y}{5}\]             \[\Rightarrow \,\,y=\frac{30\times 5}{6}=25\]
