    Solution :

    In each step a word is arranged on the left and a number on the right. In the arrangement of words starting with vowels and consonants are arranged in alternative steps in alphabetical order. The numbers area arranged in ascending order in each step. For the number the digit at tens place is increased by 1 and digit at units place is the square of the digits' ie \[\text{12}\to \text{(1+1)(2}\times \text{2)=}\]\[\text{24,22}\to \text{(2+1)(2}\times \text{2)}\to \text{34}\] and so on.
