    Solution :

    Let the length be\[10x\]and breadth be\[x\]. According to the question, Area of the playground \[=10x\times x\times \frac{1}{3}\] = 2430 or, \[10{{x}^{2}}=7290\] or, \[{{x}^{2}}=729\] \[\therefore x=27m\] \[\therefore \]Length \[=27\times 10=270m\] \[\therefore \]Perimeter of the rectangular plot \[=2(1+\text{b})=2(270+27)~=2\times 297\] \[\text{= 594m}\]
