    Solution :

            Female doctors in City D \[=\left( 4000\times \frac{19}{100}-400 \right)=760-400=360\] Total number of doctors in City A \[=4000\times \frac{12}{100}=480\] Required\[%=360\times \frac{100}{480}=75%\]
