    Female doctors in City C \[=\left( 4000\times \frac{24}{100}-500 \right)=960-500=460\] Female doctors in City D \[=\left( 4000\times \frac{19}{100}-400 \right)=760-400=360\] Female doctors in City E \[=\left( 4000\times \frac{21}{100}-600 \right)=840-600=240\] Female doctors in City F \[=\left( 4000\times \frac{8}{100}-200 \right)=320-200=120\] Required average\[=\frac{460+360+240+120}{4}\] \[=\frac{1180}{4}=295\]
