    Correct Answer: D

    Solution :

     B's expenditure on Clothes = 10% of 320000 =Rs.32000 E's expenditure on Clothes \[=\frac{100000\times 12}{100}=\]Rs. 12000 \[\therefore \]Reqd% \[=\frac{32000-12000}{32000}\times 100\] \[=\frac{20000\times 100}{32000}=\frac{2000}{32}%=62\frac{1}{2}%\]less
