    Solution :

     E's expenditure on Others \[=\frac{23\times 100000}{100}=\]Rs.23000 D's expenditure on Others \[=\frac{23000\times 110}{100}=25300\] Thus reqd\[%=\frac{25300}{300000}\times 100=8.43%\]
