    Solution :

     Number of teachers in City A \[=10000\times \frac{28}{100}=2800\] Number of total professionals in City B \[=10000\times \frac{100}{80}=12500\] Number of teachers in City B \[=12500\times \frac{20}{100}=2500\] \[\therefore \]Reqd ratio\[~=2500:2800=25:28\]
