    What are spherical mirrors? Give their types?

    Answer:

    Mirrors having curved surfaces are known as spherical mirrors because they are a part of hollow spheres.     
    There are two types of spherical mirrors:
    (i) Concave mirror if the reflecting surface is curved inside.                                                                          
    (ii) Convex mirror if the reflecting surface bulged out.
