    Let the numbers be a, b, c \[\frac{a+b+c}{3}=3d\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[a+b+c=9d\]   Again,   \[\frac{a+b+c+d}{4}=5\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[a+b+c+d=20\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[9d+d=20\]      \[\Rightarrow \]   \[10d=20\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[d=2\]
