    Solution :

    Let salary = Rs. x Then, tips\[=Rs.\left( \frac{5}{4}x \right)\] Total income \[=Rs.\left( x+\frac{5}{4}x \right)=Rs.\left( \frac{9x}{4} \right)\]    \[\therefore \] Required fraction \[=Rs.\left( \frac{5x}{4}\times \frac{4}{9x} \right)=\frac{5}{9}\]
