    Correct Answer: D

    Solution :

    Ratio of three parts \[=1:\frac{1}{2}:\frac{1}{6}=6:3:1\] \[\therefore \]      Middle part \[=\frac{3}{6+3+1}\times 78\]             \[=\frac{3\times 78}{10}=\frac{3\times 39}{5}=\frac{117}{5}\]
