    Solution :

    We know that \[{{x}^{n}}+{{a}^{n}}\] has a factor as x + a when n is an odd number. Therefore, \[{{13}^{7}}+{{11}^{7}}\] and \[{{13}^{5}}+{{11}^{5}}\] has a common factor as (13 +11) = 24.
