     Total no. of persons \[=30\] No. of persons play Cricket \[=n(A)=20\] No. of persons play Hockey \[=n\,(B)=22\] No. of persons play both games \[=\,\,\,\,\,\,\,\,\left( A\cap B \right)=15\] \[\left[ n\,\,(A\cup B) \right]\] So, No. of persons who play either Hockey or Cricket or both the games \[\left[ n\,\,\,(A\cup \,B) \right]\] \[=\,\,\,\,n\,(A)+n\,(B)-n(\,A\,\cap B)\] \[=20+22-15=27\] So, No. of person neither play Cricket neither hockey \[=30-27=\]
