Solution :

2 and 5 are opposite to each other. In two positions of a dice, if two numbers are common, then the 3rd number are opposite to each other. As 3 and 4 are the two numbers which are common in both the views of a dice, hence the 3rd numbers (2 and 5) are opposite to each other. Hence, it is number 5 which is at the bottom, when number 2 is at the top.
