     Expenditure on plan in degree \[=\,\,\frac{15}{100}\times 360=54{}^\circ \] \[\because \,\,\,\,\,\,\,36{}^\circ =2500\] crores  \[\therefore \,\,\,\,\,1{}^\circ =\frac{2500}{36}\] \[\therefore \,\,\,\,54{}^\circ =\frac{2500\times 54}{36}=\,\underline{\mathbf{Rs}\mathbf{.}\,\mathbf{3750}\,\mathbf{crores}}\]
