    Solution :

     Breadth of room \[=x\]metre \[\therefore \] Length \[(l)=2x\] metre \[\therefore \]  Area of the four wails of room = 120 \[\Rightarrow \,\,2\times h\,(l+b)=120\] \[\Rightarrow \,\,2\times 4(2x+x)=120\Rightarrow 24x=120\] \[\Rightarrow \,\,x=\frac{120}{24}=5\] \[\therefore \]  Length \[=2x=2\times 5=10\]metre \[\therefore \] Area of the floor \[=10\times 5=50\] sq. metre
