    Solution :

     Let the principal be Rs. P. S.I. \[=\frac{Principal\times Time\text{ }\times \text{ }Rate}{100}\] \[=\frac{P\times 5\times 5}{100}=Rs.\frac{P}{4}\] Amount \[=P+\frac{P}{4}=Rs.\,\frac{5P}{4}\] According to the Question. \[\frac{5P}{4}\times \frac{2}{100}=5\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[\frac{P}{40}=5\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[P=40\times 5=Rs.200\]
