    In the school kitchen several members of the team complained of one of the senior supervisors - Ranveer. The complaint consists in the fact that he raises his voice and tries to force people for normal behaviors. The school management called him into the office and tried to find out more of his professional background. After a period of discussion the reason for his behavior was found out. He is a former army commander. From that moment the principal tried to explain to him that he is now working in civilian life and team members are ordinary people and that respect is gained by the power of the example and not by the power that his position gives him in the kitchen. It’s been almost two years since then and changes in his attitude have been observed. It is important to reflect and analyze the nature of conflict and individual attitudes to it.
