    (b) Voters who do not vote at centre D \[\frac{2400\times 24}{100}=576\] Voters who do not vote at centre A \[=\frac{2100\times 20}{100}=420\] Required per cent \[=\left( \frac{576-420}{420} \right)\] \[100=\frac{15600}{420}\] \[=\frac{260}{7}\]\[=37\frac{1}{7}\]%
