                Skin colour in human beings is believed to be controlled by at least three pairs of genes Aa, Bb and Cc located in different chromosomes and inherited separately. Phenylketonuria is a recessive human genetic disorder. It happens due to absence of enzyme which converts the amino acid phenyl alanine to tyrosine.
