                    Ovulation takes place under the influence of LH and FSH. It normally takes place at the end of proliferative i.e., 14th day or mid way during menstrual cycle. The LH surge stimulates completion of reduction division of oocyte. Following ovulation, the Graffian follicle changes to corpus luteum.
