                    According to Nemsts equation, \[{{E}_{cell}}={{E}^{o}}_{cell}-\frac{nRT}{F}\log \frac{{{C}_{1}}}{{{C}_{2}}}\] Here,  \[{{C}_{1}}=[Z{{n}^{2+}}],{{C}_{2}}=[C{{l}^{-}}]\] Hence, for \[{{E}_{cell}}\] to be maximum. \[{{C}_{1}}\] (i.e., \[[Z{{n}^{2+}}]\]) should be decreased.
