    A) Complete

    B) Spiral

    C) Incomplete

    D) Horizontal

    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

Various types of eggs are found on the basis of amount of yolk such as : Aledthal does not contain yolk, eg, eggs of humans.                 Microlecithal contains a little amount of yolk, eg, eggs of Amphioxus, tunicates, urchins, etc.                 Mesoledthal contains a moderate amount of yolk, eg, lung fishes and toads.                 Macrolecithal contains large amount of yolk, eg, birds, reptiles, bony fishes, prototherial mammals. Due to the presence of high amount of yolk, the macrolecithal eggs divide by meroblastic cleavage in which the cleavage furrows cannot cut through the heavy yolk.
